SETTING THE DIRECTION FOR 2018
Tuesday, January 2 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
What better way to spend this holiday! Start out the year with a morning retreat to set the direction for your year. Well begun is half done, they say, and establishing a direction is essential for the journey. Where am I going in 2018? What is the desire of my heart, and God’s as I begin again? What difference will 2018 make for the world? Donation: $20, includes lunch.
THE WAY OF THE PILGRIM
Wednesday, January 3 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Life is above all, a pilgrimage! Most of us find ourselves praying on the run, pleading for help as we move about from one urgent task to the next. During this retreat we will follow the advice of the pilgrim in the classic The Way of the Pilgrim whose mastery of the Jesus Prayer fulfilled his desire for unceasing prayer. I am hoping that this retreat experience will quench our thirst for prayer and help each of us on our 2018 pilgrimage to peace, healing and union with God. A great way to begin a new year! Donation: $30, includes book and lunch.
