Due to the frantic pace of contemporary life, it is essential for our spiritual and physical health to take time to pray. The Weekend Directed Retreat offers you the opportunity to experience the graced rhythm of life in which rest restores your body and God revives your soul.  Liturgy, Spiritual Direction and optional Contemplative Prayer periods are included. Donation: $125/$40 non-refundable deposit with registration.

 

CENTERING PRAYER WEEKENDS

7:00 PM Friday to 1:00 PM Sunday

November 26 – 28   February 18 – 20   May 20 – 22

A Centering Prayer Weekend provides the time, space and discipline needed to experience the inner stillness which occurs when given the opportunity for frequent Centering Prayer periods. We will review the method of Centering Prayer on Friday night and follow with a moderate amount of Lectio Divina and Centering Prayer in common on Saturday and Sunday. Donation:  $125/ $40 non-refundable deposit with registration.

 

AVAILABILITY FOR INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP RETREATS

Francis House of Prayer is available for individual and group retreats as space and calendar permit. The maximum numbers that can be accommodated are 25 persons for the day or 6 overnight.
